You're not missing anything until news hits. Then we'll see how it's all going to pan out. To your point, currently the PPS sits far below where the shareholders are hoping it will be for an uplist, ect..

If Matt's able to to land an LOI and get the company to run off its own cash flow, then we likely should not see dilution hitting the market simultaniously with the good news.

If Matt's unable to get CBAI cash flow positive, then you should anticipate dilution riding on the back of distributed PR's until positive cash flow surfaces. Tme frame is undetermined as of today.
