I was unaware that the website is down until just now. It has been hosted by the previous management. I have been requesting for the better part of a year that they transfer the URL to my domain. I guess this overlooked request cannot sit undone any longer. Thank you for bringing attention to this.

Following the accountants efforts to bring the financials up to date, we will be filing Q3, Q4 and K for 2010 and can then proceed with press to bring the markets current.
