I don't know exactly where to find it other than reading old filings and looking up how long the shares were restricted for and estimating a time in the future when they will be free trading. Usually it is a period of one year, but really it can be any length of time.

I heard through the grapevine the last couple weeks that is what was going on. No idea if that is true, but it would explain the massive selling at these low prices...
