NIR is fundin no companies now. They are payin no investors redemptions, well most. All available funds and remainin people are ass deep in court battles and are waitin for the hammer ta drop. Corey is in "I'm fked" mode and is takin a few trips with the new squeeze before his fate is decided. I doubt that 5% of the funded companies are convertin shares now. Cash flow is negative. Corey is tryin ta work the industry to see if he can land on his feet somewhere while he awaits varies investigations, testimony and potential charges. Makin calls to associates with a happy face attitude that is expected when panic sets in. Bad year, this 2011 for NIR I'm afraid. Funded companies are all waitin ta deal with some Trustee that is lookin for his fees and 5 cents on the dollar.
