The only way we'll get some news from KOP before Friday will be pressure from shareholders. And even then, it's doubtful.

However, Harry could have a PR at the ready, depending on shareholder/Wall Street reaction.

A simple PR that "NOK arbitration has yet to be decided" would suffice.

I remember when shareholders pressured KOP to move from the AMEX to the NAZ, and Harry said "No way". Shareholders kept up the pressure and, shortly thereafter, the move was made.

Although Harry may have made a deal for Heartland's
re-election vote, he might respond to an avalanche of emails.
