My brain blew todays WT.

The best time to learn how to prepare for severe winter weather is?
A) when a warning is issued.
B) when a watch is issued.
C) when ice begins forming on roads, power lines and trees.
D) before severe winter weather threatens your area.
We'll be leaving the coast for home in an hour or so.
So I'll se ya'll at home sometime inthe afternoon.
