I think you are taking the proper approach. This looks positive to me. The SEC is probably not the speediest organization in the world. I think this is a formality unrelated to any of the big news pending. We'll see. I am pretty tired of it all as well.

Together we could probably combine to have a meaningful vote in this operation.
