What prompted me to contact the SEC to verify they issued the "quiet" order to EVCA is the response from Management that I received from a nastygram I sent them (Nastygram and response enclosed below).
At least we know Management was not BS'ing us with respect to the "quiet Period" however, the response from the SEC appears to have opened up a different can of worms. All I know is that I personally am getting real sick of this nonsense.

As an investor in EVCA I have concerns regarding the lack of correspondence between EVCA and its shareholders! Many of us have substantial amounts "invested" in EVCA because we believe in Solar/EV technology and it's application to the automotive industry. I, for one, am becoming increasingly concerned that the lack of correspondence from EVCA is an attempt to deceive the shareholders! This "quiet period" has been going on for much too long now and is causing concern and distrust among the investors. This distrust is being reflected in the continuing decline of the share price for the past two months.
What is the delay here? Where is the $100M financing you people spouted about months ago? What about these car shows you've supposedly been attending? Where are these new dealerships that are supposed to be opening? Where are all the PR's that were promised? Why no relevent PR's? All we are getting from EVCA is fluff! This is not the mark of a professional organization.
