I bet he's trying to cut a deal to get his products into stores or dealerships. Could be interviewing another Territory Rep that would be responsible for Eastern US.

Lowe's HQ is in South Carolina FYI...

I doubt he's selling shares into the market. He could just get a loan on the existing inventory if he wanted to. At the current pps, he won't be able to raise much money
