Not really any commercial electrician/ electrical contractor can install a solar array. I myself can do it I worked for the US government for 16 years as a industrial technician before starting my own construction business. And do have all the training to do this type of work. Installation is not that hard to do as you might think. The real work is doing all the necessary calculations for solar panels, Inverter, and battery banks
