I am serioulsy contemplating going back to school to learn about Solar and installing panels. That is such a field that is very much lacking in qualified installers and techs.

If we opened our own Solar Co, we need a supplier and crews. Crews are very hard to come by and that is what is kind of holding Solar back as well. We can get all the contract we want, but without some one to supply and install, we are stalemated.

I think that is a little of what is going on with Sun Valley since S. CA is getting bombed with Solar installations right now.
