THE PR: It doesn't take a genius to figure out this PR. JBII ran up from .80 to 2.30 on no news. This pr is a disclaimer by the company stating there is no news to warrant it. At this time the company hasn't closed any deals/contracts but are working on several. I have seen other companies make similar statements. It covers their ass with the SEC who look at stock run ups on no news. It was the right think to do and imo probably should have been stated sooner.

At any rate the company did say they are working on several deals with several companies and will PR the results when they close.

I sold ZERO shares into this rally.
