Have to admit I was a little worried about an adverse Nokia arbitration decision, although I knew any adverse known decision would have had to be disclosed. Now I can breath a sigh of relief.

I'm glad that Goldberg and Tilden resigned. That is two of the four in the upper echelons of top management at IDCC that I had previously posted that I hoped would leave. That leaves only two more that I would like to see gone, Campagna and Fagan. I think this company will be under much better leadership with Merritt at the helm.
