Let me just add in closing...

If someone fraudulently filed an amendment with the Nevada SOS to increase KATX's A/S (that is, without their consent), then I hope the company pursues that person(s) to the fullest extent of the law. In addition (if this is the case), I would like the company to file a further amendment reducing the A/S back to the intended number.

I would also hope that the Nevada SOS has policies in place to authenticate that a party actually has the legal authority to file legal documents on behalf of the company prior to filing said amendmentments!

This is most likely the last comment I'll make on the issue until I hear from the company.
