No. They said Ken stated the attorney letter was NOT forged (the one that accompanied the filing).

Did they ask Ken if the amendment to the Nevada SOS was forged?

I don't believe the question was whether the letter was forged, but whether the share structure was (as listed on the filing itself) for the period ending 2/28, and therefore would not reflect the new shares in question with the Nevada SOS...or if the share structure listed in the last OTC filing was a typo (we've seen those pop up several times before).

If the amendment filed with the Nevada SOS was filed fraudulently, then I certainly hope the company does not delay clarifying this with the state and with investors.
