I have a 7 person company and we live month to month - 2 months a year on average I for-go pay because of cash flow shortages. BIEL is 12 persons strong and have to pay $300,000 in accounting and registration fees, no way could we do that. That is a few more staff or in their case more print runs for commercials or even a DRTV slot?
They cant just wait for FDA they have to sell product worldwide and that costs more than selling here. I think new team from Duke has done wonders but has increased costs. If distros were not shipping product then do it yourself.
I believe they can make profitability by end of this year without FDA and stupid costs of SEC filings and audits - just get reasonable accounting firm and publish accounts for tax purposes like private companies do
