One tidbit of information. Mayor Daley pushed a much higher minimum wage. I believe Chicago has one of the highest. That decreases job opportunities. Which if someone unemployed qualifies for QuiK Link Card(JP Morgan) Guess who has a seat at JP Morgan? His brother William Daley.
