Ouch... filing for deregistration? OMG

BioElectronics Corp. (PINKSHEETS: BIEL), the maker of disposable drug-free anti-inflammatory devices, today announced that it has filed a Form 15 with the SEC terminating the registration of the Company's Common Stock under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. As a result of this filing, the Company will cease filing periodic reports with the SEC.
