Got this response back from biel. I know it's simply repeating what we already know but wanted to show that the company is responding to phone calls and emails about today.

As for the Q4 financials, we decided to withdraw from the SEC because it was too costly. We want to focus all of our capitol on marketing, sales and to get these products approved by the FDA. We will be posting our Q4 financials individually on our website. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline for them, but they will be posted. Please refer to the recent letter from our Chainman Richard Staelin for clarification regarding this matter. Contact us if you have any questions.
