This type of filing is not the end of the road,in my discussions with Andy today.... It has cost them so far $300,000 to file with Sec. It would of ultimately cost them a lot more, which they decided that it was not important,at this time, to file with the SEC. It would be better,with their limited resources, to spend the money on promoting BIELS products for more sales.
They will continue posting their financials,as always, on their website,so we will continue to see the numbers.The financials will be posted within 2 weeks.
