My recent frustations are borne in what I perceive to be poor leadership. It's been over two months since the SI news without any follow-up, without a corporate website, with a significant loss of shareholder equity, and now without Filings! Investor confidence has erroded while our leaders have sat idly by doing nothing to curtail the bleeding. Many investors perceive our management as arrogant and indifferent and that sentiment is clearly reflected in the share price.
Inca is blessed to have a base of loyal shareholders like Salmon, Gary, Craigw, Oldwhiteguy, Pristine and so many others who have endured the trials and tribulations over the past 3 years, yet still remain committed. In the abscense of such a group, I am certain this stock would have retreated to the triple zeroes by now. That is why it angers me to see Evan and Stacy fumble the most fundamental matters. As shareholders continue to ask for more communication from our management team, all we seem to get is poor execution where it matter most- in our bottomline. The days of IDGI moving on fashion shows and magazines are long gone folks, as investors now want proof inca is a viable business capable of generating more revenue than some CEOs make in a year!
In closing, I believe when a company goes public, it has a moral, ethical, and fiduciary responseability to it's shareholders. Until Evan and Stacy take that responseability more seriously, our upside will be greatly limited.
