I'm wondering if they haven't got plans to do a series of forward splits once this reverse split is approved. The market distrusts reverse splits but usually looks favorably on forward splits. So maybe doing one really large RS paves the way for smaller FS's into the future, as sales and earnings increase.

Might be a way to push the price higher, as well as increase the available float.
