DogWalker, Usually, I would agree with you that this shell could be a useful entity for a reverse merger, but this shell is tainted.... for one thing the share structure is too diluted, and for another thing,the shares Peacock issued a while back were in violation of the Delaware laws... that will, eventually, come back to "haunt" this company... JMHO
