The incorporator of this company is the owner of BRGO, Berge, now we all know he sold it to Macau for 225k but i understand it has not been paid for and could possibly be owned again very shortly by BRGO, if this is the case then it has a possibility of being used for an acquisition or being sold again.

Either way this company will have to be current very soon.

This could be very good news for both DIII and BRGO, time will tell.
