Looks to me like the ones that were issued already are in the float already. When a company converts shares for debt/notes it usually means free trading. Again we know this. We know where the selling is from at this level. But see no more new ones coming our way. Most of these shares have already been absorbed. The rest are in process of being taken out
The others to insiders are restricted and we won't be seeing any insider selling for a long time so does it matter when they are restricted to? Other insiders have had free trading shares for a long time and no one sold any
