The MM will manipulate to the upside too. There are ways to make that happen. Its a beautuful thing when that takes place. Its the main reason pennies can go on massive runs we all have seen them. Good traders trade to the upside and longs hold for the big pay day. The company benefits from a much higher stock price and new trading range with all new support levels
