You mean you don't believe this arena is seriously manipulated and the MM don't control low volume stocks like these. Think about it this way. Paying attention to a stock like RTGV and shorting it pays very little. So why do it?
But do it to 50 of these and all of a sudden the attention pays off big doesn't it?
