the AS on EXPH was 1 BILLION .. the OS would range
from mid 500M (pre conversion) to 980/989M (fall 2009)

the AS increases are well known courtesy of both mgmt's
updates via expo website <shareholder's section> and of
course the NV SOS .. i also *continue* to keep a daily
record .. that i started on 3/16/2010 ~
