E*Trade said to liquidate my EXPH shares held with Fidelity/National Financial, transfer that cash over to E*Trade and buy them back. E*Trade will allow buys, but one can't transfer any shares unless the transferred shares are held in a certificate form. Even then that is no guarantee of a transfer.
Sounds to me they must be aware of a problem with EXPH shares being delivered. Sounds like an NSS problem to me.
When Scottrade stopped allowing buys I transferred my shares to Etrade with no problem. (At that time)
