Why would they promise to provide that information to many here unless they were hiding the actual truth?

It is unconscionable for management to simply stand down and "watch" as their loyal shareholders basicaly drown and lose their entire investment over this issue. Lordy, there's that ISSUE word again....

To date I've now lost 117,300 dollars because of my own naivety and being foolish my retirement funds. . That money is gone forever because no brokerage firm will take whats left of my EXPH holdings.

ScottTrade won't take transfers of any stock selling under a penny. I thought E*Trade was going to my account transfer, but then after 8 days I get a notification saying no go.

E*Trade said to liquidate my EXPH shares held with Fidelity/National Financial, transfer that cash over to E*Trade and buy them back. E*Trade will allow buys, but one can't transfer any shares unless the transferred shares are held in a certificate form. Even then that is no guarantee of a transfer.

I have never doubted the premise of a share discrepancy in EXPH stock, but it has absolutely nothing at all to do with shorting the stock. Claims of shorting or manipulation is a slap in the face to me and other unfortunate naive people.

There is a stock split on the horizon.... [edited]
