We need Susman to come alive in this case and for justice to prevail. As complex as this case is, it's as simple as that for deserving shareholders. We can only hope that Susman is as passionate about getting to the bottom of this case as many shareholders are and Walrath is "fair and reasonable" after looking at the facts presented and not influenced by huge power and money.
