I have a comment about the bigger victory than you imagined comment.

If its a big victory that means that we have accomplished something.


We were able to get out of the way of huge legitimate claims...or

We were faced with giant bs claims and the opposition was so fierce that winning itself is an accomplishment.

What are the actually damages from the lawsuit?

How much money was spent.

How much time was wasted.

What are the market changes that took place since the LOI announcment.

What opportunites were missed because of the lawsuit.

We can go on.
