Whats important to know is that your mom and dad probably didnt have a public company with a common stock that was about to reverse split.

The growth of the company is not the problem. The problem is the cost to "loyal shareholders".

We are about to be to overthrown and washed of our voting power. Any shares you have at a loss at the time of the reverse spilt will be reduced to a several hundred percent loss that will take years to recover while new investors are able to enjoy immediate profits.

Imagine that. Good story...but the only thing we can take from that is that the company will be fine but the loss we are about to take will not be fine for many many years.

This is a traders stock at this point. Not an investors stock. Lesson learned in my case.
