no offense to you but that might be the scariest thing of all.

You say the board submitted a proposal to the stockholders and then reviewed it. After we complained about it then he changed it?

I think some of you are fooling yourselves.

We are being taken advantage of. Why else would careful account crunching reveal a major mistake in math that wasnt noticed before it was proposed to the shareholders?

Sounds like garbage to me. Honestly and truly.
