If there was no doubt about what was said in the conference call we would be trading much higher.

Minimal dilution, cash flow positive and Profitable from the start, 100,000,000 in revs, synergies that would result in rapid growth. etc. etc.


So to answer your question, YES! The lack of belief by those with deep wallets that would have shot this up is an indication.
