Have you seen the following link (below) or has this board discussed this already? Shenher saying it "could" be in April 2014 before any new plant with China goes into production. If they use this money for the new plant recouping the funds through profits are at least three years away? I'd hope they use this money for more current projects, employee hiring, paying for raw materials, transportation costs, overhead, contract negotiations etc., anything to further along their profitability.
