Yes, but it doesn't have the same constraints as the first case; i.e. CBAI is able to move forward with CMEX if CBAI so chose. They do not need to wait till this new case is settled in order to proceed with the LOI.

I don't mind saying that's impressive on Matt's part. Nice work.
