- Do not return voting Ballot
- Or leave both unchecked
They will all be treated the same

THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A DISTRIBUTION PURSUANT TO THE PLAN, UNLESS AND UNTILL YOU GRANT THE RELEASES WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE.

DO NOT GET TRICKED INTO VOTING TO ELECT TO OPT IN, WE ALL HAVE ONE YEAR TO GRANT THAT RELEASES, AND IN ONE YEAR I WOULD HOPE I HAVE A GOOD IDEA OF THE VALUE OF THOSE RELEASES.
