Wow that was quick. Glad to see they gave their shareholders notice of what has been happening. I'm sure they were all in the dark about the offers and the court case and what was happening with them. Nice to see some transpiracy on there part.

Looks like the case was dismissed on the 18th of March. Well it's opened again now so we have to wait again. Oh boy what a nuisance this has become.
