To the board: With all the rampant and wild speculation on the board regarding many Mopn topics, we decided to reach out
to Charles Diamond and Wayne King to get truthful answers on these topics. We were invited to do a conference call with them and with short notice, created this list of 12 questions to ask them. Please accept our apologies in advance if all the pertinent questions were not asked as both Finishgreen and I have our own business and family obligations. We did the best that we could. With that said, I must say that Charles and Wayne were very direct, truthful and did not dismiss any of our questions. It appears that they too would like to set the record straight regarding many topics and we were invited to participate in further future conference calls like the one today. Charles stated that Wayne worked without a salary for 6 months as he tried to restructure the company and develop strategic plans for moving forward. He is now the VP and as revenues allow, he is recieving a modest salary and continues to be a huge advocate for Mopn and it's shareholders. Charlie also indicated that additional Fox videos will be forthcoming. Below is a summary (to the best of my recollection) of the answers they provided.




1. When will the financials be released and will they show increasing sales activity?
answer: the financials will be released this week and no, they will not show substantial increased sales activity.


2. Are the 6 salesman hired last year by Mopn still employed and actively seeking out customers and or sales?
answer: Some of the representatives still have the authority to sell Mop but their results have been disappointing. We continue to experiment with different methodologies for sales and are open to new ideas. Of course, the success of sales is a formula that includes both the efforts and success of the sales reps. but also the support provided by the company. As we grow, we will have more resources available to support the sales team and I can tell you that providing additional sales, advertising and marketing support for members of the Mop team is a very high priority.





3. Have there been any additional sales in Ecuador besides the container shipped in December?
answer: No. But some boom samples have been sent for testing. There have been difficulties associated with the usual problems in developing nations, bureaucracy, corruption and cronyism but we are working our way through these problems.




4. Can you give us more details on the SA joint venture? if not, are talks and negotiations still ongoing there?
answer: We are very excited about our progress there and will be releasing an update as soon as possible.



5. Saudia Arabia and the UN recently handed out approximately 185 million dollars in cleanup contracts to various countries
to cleanup the oil spilll from the 1991 Gulf War. Is Mopn involved directly or indirectly in that process?
answer: Yes, discussions are currently (this week) ongoing regarding sales and product placement.


6. Are we involved in the cleanup of the recent Lebanon oil spill? (the UN recently unveiled a plan to pay for the cleanup)
answer: no.


7. Will Mopn be attending the IOSC oil spill conference in May of 2011 in Portland, Oregon?
We have 3 conflicting obligations on the date of the May conference in Oregon and we are trying to reshuffle staffing to see if all three can be covered.




8. The Kuwait oil co. (KOC), recently issued contract tenders for 210 Million in cleanup contracts. Will Mopn be involved in the bidding
and or anything else?
answer: yes, negotiations and or discussions are ongoing through our SA contacts. Be advised that Mopn alone could not qualify
for tenders as these contracts are designed for large cleanup type companies.


9. Many on the board are very concerned about the many millions of shares that will soon become unrestricted. Can you speak
to the selling of these shares and or further dilution by Mopn.
answer: Our shares have been available to be sold for a while and we have not sold any. In fact, I have kept the company running
with my own personal monies. Additionally, the larger shareholders that we are aware of currently have no interest in selling at this time.
We would only issue additional sales going forward if the need to raise capital was there and only to put it back into Mopn to increase revenues.


10. In your opinion, where will the biggest portion of sales come from this year? SA, Ecuador, somewhere else?
Answer: clearly SA in the most promising.


11. Regarding Mopn, what are you most excited about right now?
We are excited about the overall progress we have made. SA is also very promising right now. Additionally, we have been developing new products
for the US (domestic) market that will soon be unveiled.


12. What were the results of the x-challenge? Did we participate, if no then why not?
answer: We will be forthcoming shortly with information about that....
