Here is the link to viewsystems, They use the secureview trademark for a security camera. I had spoken with the company a while ago about it and they claim they have used the secureview name and trademark longer than SEVU has been in business. They are only recently public OTCBB VYST.
The email I received from them made overtones of possible action against SEVU, they do not like the stigma SEVU can cast on there product. VYST has sold systems to schools, police & government agencies.
Trademark law, from what I gather, Is very tricky business.
Any other info on SEVU trademarks and the relation to VYST would be appreciated!
