There is no 'gang'. There are the experienced investors, and then there are the insiders and inexperienced investors.

Did you read the proxy or the quote I pulled from it? I don't believe management could have made it more clear.

Did you read my comments that I don't think they intend to go private?

I'm getting a bit worried about the few shareholders here that are actually inexperienced enough to believe that the R/S will be a good thing.
