I agree. However they were 'less restrictive' on uplisting comments during the call.

I'm still dumbfounded (beyond my usual state), that many investors who aren't ihubbers still don't even know that a conference call had taken place.

This is what I would call a non-level playing field. Fair news dissemination means exactly what it intends to mean.

I'm chalking this up to inexperience on the part of management and their "multiple advisors", however, I've voted NO on all items.

I don't believe they intend to take the company private. They wouldn't have announced Donnie buying up some shares on the cheap because quite frankly, they had no obligation to.

This haphazard proposal needs to be rethought and re-presented. Everyone needs a time-out and some time to regroup.

Jed needs to add a voice mailbox message and pick up the phone or return calls once in awhile.
