1. Leinwand being charged with any wrongdoing
2. Getting off the pinks
3. Getting quality management in place
4. SEC revoking company shares
5. SEC settling litigation with company
6. Merging with a profitable company
7. Space Florida funding

I'm sure there are others. Looks like a trend developing here, where being right going forward depends a lot on "changing as conditions change", eh?

GTC is profitable according to the press release, and their private business will become public once the merger is finalized, as they become a publicly reporting company going forward.
