No, the JFTC said that the consumer would be hurt by future lack of competition and one only has to see Intel's past track record of prices when it had no x86 competition, PII, Xeon etc. Also I told you before and I am telling you again Intel can continue to offer discounts, period, so no consumer is hurt by this ruling ! Stop twisting the facts to suit your agenda and biases !
