PGIE in a north runner. It's also a hard fall. Happens about every 30 days. If it's on your watch list you will see the pattern. I have a few like that. I get in, get out and get on with my life. They run up, and they fall so I can cover and rebuy for the next run. I can give you quite a few spinners that I flip constantly like PGIE.
