Union Dental to Report Audited Financial Statement for the Year Ending 2010

Pollard, Inc., a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) member to prepare the consolidated audited financial statements for Union Dental Holdings, Inc. for the year ending December 31, 2011.
