I understand that the SEC is not aware of any funds that have been recovered from Market 99 and suggests we continue to monitor the Division of Enforcement's webpage for updates. Also, an alternative to that is to contact the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas (Dallas Division), the court in which the SEC filed its complaint, for any information they may have about the Market 99 case.
