Hi TF, Making the min. order a percent of the Port. Control value helps move the sequential buy price downward a bit more.

With STKL, I was artificially lowering the price by requiring a 10% drop in share price between sequential buys. That might be a bit much for IBB. You might want to mandate a full 5% price drop and see how many shares you would buy at that price.
