2. CEO's make wrong decisions and the people they hire don't always perform as they expect and sometimes people turn on you. This legal dispute is a big hindrance given the size of SYNJ. SYNJ is not IBM, GM, UPS or Microsoft to not mind having a legal dispute against it because SYNJ doesn't have the legal team nor resources to take care of legal disputes without letting them affect their operations. SYNJ is still in development stage and financing will not be given to it if it has an impending legal dispute that would create a higher than normal risk of repayment of any financing given to it. Giving financing to Brian currently depends on his proposed business plan going forward and his reputation/credibility. Brian has dragged his feet and made wrong decisions, timing is now critical for him to move forward and rejuvenate the SYNJ progress.

3,4. BEEN must be in contact with Brian and have connections that give them more information than we have or else they wouldn't release a PR like they did and have the faith in Brian that many of the shareholders currently don't have. SYNJ is still development stage so they won't have assets or revenues like other companies do. When you're still in development stage, you receive investments because the investors think the reward of Brian's ability to prove he has leadserships skills and get SYNJ going by implementing his business plan is higher than risk of not getting your investment back. Timing is crticial at this point given the delays that Brian has had, I think BEEN's PR is significant but it puts a lot of pressure on Brian to get things right this time because all of the spotlights are on him and he is center stage right now as critics and shareholders alike will be watching to see if he succeeds since they won't accept anything else. Current oil prices are on Brian's side, he needs to perform now!! BEEN is banking that its cheap entry point into alternative energy will materialize in the future.
